Local Chef PacSouse will greet you with a dish of Delicious pudding and souse. It is served with fish or pork along with pickled breadfruit, cucumber onion, sweet potato pudding and Bajan seasoning. Be careful of the hot sauce made with scorpion pepper - you may regret it if you have more that a pinch!
